Nedap develops cutting-edge solutions for physical access control, helping organisations protect people, property, and processes. As we shift towards SaaS-based offerings and cloud-native platforms, we’re looking for a Head of Marketing who can set the vision and lead the global marketing transformation of Nedap in Security.

Wat je gaat doen

• help shape and execute Nedap Security’s global marketing strategy as we expand our SaaS portfolio;
• coach and support the marketing team, helping people grow and strengthening collaboration;
• ensure a clear and consistent market position for Nedap in Security across all communication and channels;
• develop campaigns, events, partnerships and digital initiatives that attract and engage customers;
• work closely with Product Management and Sales to create strong go-to-market alignment;
• use insights from HubSpot and other tools to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities;
• monitor developments in SaaS, identity and access management and translate insights into action.

Vereisten

You are an experienced SaaS marketing leader with a deep understanding of how to position and scale software-driven businesses in complex B2B markets. You combine strategic clarity with the ability to connect people, foster collaboration and inspire teams.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• The salary range for this role is between € 6.000 and € 8.000 gross per month based on full-time employment (38 hours) and depends on relevant knowledge and experience.
• In addition to your salary, you’ll receive a thirteenth month’s pay, a solid pension plan, and profit sharing with the opportunity to become a Nedap shareholder.
