Picnic is looking for an early career Performance Marketing Specialist with a passion for digital marketing and data-driven growth. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll work closely with our experienced Acquisition team and contribute to exciting projects.
MSc. degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
1-2 years of hands-on performance marketing or mobile app user acquisition experience
Strong analytical mindset with an interest in working with data and performance metrics. Excellent in using Google Sheets, Excel or any other data tool to analyze and present insights
Eager to learn about Google Ads, Meta and TikTok ads
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong affinity in the mobile app industry
Professional fluency in English is required, proficiency in Dutch, German or French is a plus
Eligible to work in the Netherlands
